Review Hamburg seminar: Vehicle to grid strategies and technologies
11. September 2013On 5 September 2013, the E-Mobility NSR Hamburg team welcomed over 80 participants to a specialist seminar focusing on the theme “vehicle to grid”. Presenters from companies, research institutes and universities as well as national and local e-mobility agencies discussed not only the current status quo, but also gave an outlook of future developments in policy and technologies. Delegates were informed on the impact of e-mobility usage on the grid, key norms and new standards under development were highlighted and the design of an optimal public infrastructure in the Hamburg Metropolitan region was introduced. A complementary discussion at the end of the day offered answers to the question which growth potential and specific approaches can be identified for the Hamburg region in particular.
