Successful launch of Danish virtual electric mobility information centre

Within the past six months, the Danish E-Mobility team from Hoeje-Taastrup Kommune has been working intensively to finish the virtual Danish Electric Mobility Information Centre. This interactive portal can be seen as a practical link between suppliers and consumers, and may be replicated in the North Sea Region and beyond.

The website www.elbiler.nu has been launched during the project’s large international e-mobility conference on March 7, 2013, and offers a range of objective information to visitors on local, national and transnational e-mobility matters and solutions. Moreover, the team accomplished to create useful "cost of EV use" calculators to both private and smaller to medium sized companies. Here, a key criteria was to develop calculators that are user-friendly and correct at the same time. Furthermore, the portal provides experiences from private and smaller consumers in terms of storytelling and videos to be displayed on the website.
